ELIO sweeps three awards at the Area Speech Contest

Our members brought the house down — taking first in International Speech, Evaluation, and Table Topics at this season’s Area contest.

It was a night to remember. Three ELIO members stood on the Area stage and three came home with trophies.

The International Speech crown went to a member whose story about finding courage in the ordinary left the room silent, then roaring. Our Evaluation winner showed exactly why feedback is a craft, and our Table Topics champion proved that thinking on your feet is a muscle you can train — one meeting at a time.
